September 10, 2025 Program Papers Schedule Technical Program Share this page: Twitter Facebook LinkedIn Email By Martin Schulz One of the most anticipated parts of every SC Conference is the presentation of cutting-edge research papers. Each year, these sessions draw some of the largest and most enthusiastic audiences, showcasing the very best in high performance computing research. And while in the beginning of SC’s development our paper sessions were easy to catch, as our conference grew in size and scale we had to begin to overlap our paper sessions. This overlap grew over the years and required more and more tough choices from those wishing to engage with authors. This caused a lot of frustration for those wanting to catch as many live presentations as they could. This year, we’re making an effort to reduce this parallelism, despite a record setting program with 137 accepted papers. For SC25, paper presentations will be organized into sets of four talks per session, which allows us to have at most three parallel paper tracks and with minimal to no topical overlap across paper sessions. That means, for most cases, you won’t have to choose between two groundbreaking presentations happening simultaneously. While each talk will be slightly shorter in order to accommodate this change, the benefit is clear: no more missing out and more content for you to catch in person during the week of SC. As Technical Program Co-Chair Amanda Randles put it: “We want our attendees to get the most out of SC, and our paper presenters to have a fully engaged audience. We hope this change eliminates a lot of unnecessary stress in planning your time with us.” We are thrilled to announce that a record 137 papers have been accepted to SC25 from a record 623 submissions — a competitive 22% acceptance rate! This year’s program reflects the highest quality of research across the HPC community, and we can’t wait to share it with you. The full Papers schedule is available now online. We look forward to welcoming you in St. Louis this November for SC25 — where you hopefully won’t have to miss a single paper presentation you want to see.
