July 9, 2025 Program Call for Participation Posters Research Posters Share this page: Twitter Facebook LinkedIn Email By Samar Aseeri As we prepare for the SC25 Conference, we’re excited to introduce a new and dynamic presentation format: Interactive Research e-Posters (e-Posters). This innovative approach offers researchers a creative way to share their work while aligning with the evolving needs of our community. The e-Posters program marks a new chapter in how we present and discuss groundbreaking research. It brings movement, sound, and interaction to scientific communication, offering a fresh way to connect and collaborate. We invite you to try this format, engage with your peers, and help shape the future of research presentations. Why e-Posters? Interactive Research e-Posters are digital posters designed to go beyond static displays. Presenters can integrate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, data visualizations, and interactive demos, making complex ideas more engaging and easier to understand. Why Submit an e-poster Increased Engagement Attendees can interact with your research in real time, ask questions, and explore datasets directly. Wider Accessibility Digital formats make it easier to share your poster with audiences beyond the conference floor. Environmentally Friendly By reducing paper usage, e-Posters contribute to a more sustainable SC25. Advice for Sucess Keep It Clear Use concise text and clean visuals. A well-organized layout tells your research story more effectively. Leverage Multimedia Consider adding short videos, animations, or interactive charts to support your message. Design with Your Audience in Mind Think about the questions viewers might ask and make sure your poster addresses key points, even when you’re not present. Be Ready to Present Live e-Posters are part of the main Posters session. Practice a brief introduction and highlight your key takeaways to engage attendees during your session. At SC25, we are thrilled to invite researchers, innovators, and thought leaders to showcase their work through our cutting-edge e-Posters format. This dynamic platform goes beyond traditional poster sessions, allowing you to tell the story of your research in a compelling, interactive, and visually engaging way. Anja Gerbes, SC25 Posters Chair Research in Motion SC25 is now accepting submissions for the Interactive Research e-Poster program, designed for projects that benefit from dynamic elements such as live visualizations, user-driven exploration, or executable code demos.
