Please be sure to check your tutorial carefully for special instructions. Some tutorials require you to pre-register for training or tutorial accounts at Department of Energy (DOE) facilities such as NERSC, OLCF, or ALCF. These requirements are in place this year due to enhanced security procedures and involve a longer vetting process than in the past. Importantly, several tutorials have deadlines as early as November 1, 2025 to complete these steps. Special Instructions Follow these steps Review your tutorials in the SC25 Schedule now to avoid last-minute issues: Below the tutorial description look for the “Notes for Attendees” section Look for links to pre-registration forms. Submit your request before the deadline listed. please note Reminder emails will not be sent to tutorial registrants, so it’s up to you to verify whether your selected tutorials require pre-registration.
