If you’re concerned about being able to attend in person, here’s what you need to know. Participation Options PLEASE NOTE You have until November 14, 2025 to change or cancel your registration. To give everyone as much flexibility as possible, we’ve extended our standard rate deadline for in-person registration through Friday, November 14. If you’re unable to travel, we’re proud to offer a comprehensive Digital Experience for our Technical Program including a full slate of Workshops,Tutorials, BoFs, Panels and more to ensure you get the most out of your remote participation. See the Digital Experience section below for more details. If you need to switch from an in-person registration to the Digital Experience registration — or cancel your SC25 registration — you can submit a written request using this form: contact SC25 Registration If You Cannot Travel If you find you can no longer attend SC25 in St. Louis: Contact registration on or before November 14, 2025 to cancel or change to the Digital Experience. All cancellations made by this date will incur only a $50 cancellation fee. All changes from in-person to the digital experience by this date will not incur any additional fees and SC25 will refund the difference in registrations. Adjust or cancel travel bookings. Contact your airline, train, or bus company directly to modify or cancel reservations. Update your hotel booking. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, contact your hotel** directly up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid penalties. Please note that if you are staying at the Four Seasons and have a pre-paid, non-refundable reservation, any cancellations will result in forfeit of deposit. The Digital Experience Since 2020, the SC Conference Series has offered a robust Digital Experience for those who wish to participate remotely. Attendees can access live-streamed sessions and Q&A directly from session pages, commensurate with their registration category. Most sessions will be live-streamed, with a brief 12–15 second delay to support automatic captioning for the hearing impaired. Enhancements this year include improved Q&A, live polling, and mobile app notifications to help you catch popular sessions in real time. All Digital Experience content will remain available through January 31, 2026, so you won’t miss a thing. The Digital Experience is available as part of all registration levels, including in-person registration, and will commensurate with the level of pass purchased.
